Code of conduct and Sustainability
Binding ethical principles of conduct and compliance requirements are laid down for all employees in the RENK Code of Conduct.
Remuneration Report
In accordance with recommendation G.3 of the German Corporate Governance Code, the Supervisory Board uses a suitable peer group to assess the appropriateness of the specific total remuneration of the Management Board members and whether it is in line with usual levels. Apart from the SDAX and MDAX companies, an individual international peer group was determined consisting of ten companies that are comparable to the company in terms of sector, size, turnover, internationality and complexity.
