Dr. Emmerich Schiller
Dr. Emmerich Schiller (*1966) was born in Übach-Palenberg, Germany.
Dr. Schiller studied industrial engineering at the University of Karlruhe (TH), then worked as a research assistant at its Institute of Human and Industrial Engineering and obtained his doctorate in engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
Subsequently, he joined Mercedes Benz AG, where he took various management functions, among others as a member of the management board at the Mercedes-Benz G GmbH and Head of the production area of off-road vehicles.
He joined RENK Group in 2024, where he is COO and member of the management board of RENK GmbH responsible for Operations and Human Resources. With effect from 1 March 2025, he was appointed member of the management board of RENK Group AG.
Alongside his office as Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Schiller is, or has within the last five years been, a member of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies and/or a partner in the following companies and partnerships outside of RENK:

- Member of the administrative board of Wagner International AG, Altstätten, Switzerland (since 2024)
- Previously:
- Chairman of the Management Board, Mercedes-Benz G GmbH, Graz, Austria (2019 – 2024)
Other than listed above, Dr. Emmerich Schiller has not been a member of any administrative, management or supervisory body of any other company or partnership outside the Group within the last five years.
